To work two jobs means having an official steady job and also having another job you work during weekends or after working hours. It can be a little bit demanding but it's worth it. You might have an office job and then decide to make a good use of your hobby and turn it into a job or freelance. The second job won't be as tedious as the first job.
Why do we need to work two jobs?
1. To make extra income: it's good to always have an extra income in order to prevent debt, payment of bills on time and to be able to have cash at every point in time.
2. To save up money for the future: Having just a single job won't guarantee saving money easily because most of the money is used in solving financial problems but with two jobs, it's most likely to save up extra money to get investments and plan ahead of time for the future.
3. To be financially secured: In times of crisis or you loose one of the jobs, you have an extra job to fall back on which will guarantee you money. In life, there is absolutely nothing you can do without money.
4. Achieve personal goals: The money and benefits you get from working two jobs allows you to achieve great things. For instance, you can save up to go for your dream vacation with your family or improve on yourself by taking more professional courses to get promotion at one of your jobs or get a dream house or have a dream wedding or buy a dream car and lots more.
Having and working two jobs is essential and it shouldn't be more than what you can handle at a point in time. Living an healthy lifestyle is as important as having a good financial life. Do not harm yourself because you want to make money. Work, eat well, rest, exercise and plan properly.
