Self talk is a natural process in which we take to ourselves either loudly or silently in a positive or negative way . its something we do often. lt can be at home , in school ,at the office , at the mall, anywhere. we need to be mindful and encouraged to keep talking to ourselves in a positive way in order to be more self confident ,motivated to achieve aims and be more productive and experience positive thing in our lives.

if you haven't been talking to yourself in a positive way , its time to start doing that and you will be surprised how positive self talk changes your life around in a meaningful way .
