Stress is a feeling that comes with tension either physically or emotionally. It's last for a short period or time or for longer period. Short stresses allow one to get work done quickly and it's still good. Stresses like going for vacation, salary increase, planning for wedding, trying out new things. The stress that lasts for a longer period of time( months and years) is a chronic stress which allows one to keep thinking and it isn't good because it damages our health. Stresses like financial problem, family problem, trouble at work and much more. It leads to illnesses like high blood pressure, lack of focus, continous headache, lack of sleep and much more.
How do we manage Stress?
We all experience stress at one point or the other in our lives and we react to it differently.
Pay attention to yourself in case of any changes in your health.
Avoid whatever is causing you Stress.
Focus on other things that do not allow you worry and needs to be done.
Confine in someone close and talk about what is causing you stress.
Practice healthy lifestyle by eating well balanced diet.
Exercise and rest.
Try as much as possible to avoid over thinking and Stress because Health is Wealth.
